.hack is great, and also played vol.1 of .hack//G.U and finished it, it's very short really but i think it follows what happens next in the series .hack//roots

my fave is Ed, coz i relate to him about being short tempered, a bit short sighted in goal and a bit short, and also Roy, coz i like his ambition of making female personel wear tiny mini skirt...
